Blues favorite Coco Montoya returns to the stage at Moe's Alley for an evening of amazing live blues music. Coco Montoya started out as a drummer in various Sacramento bands before seeing Albert King open a concert for Creedence Clearwater. Soon after, he switched over to guitar and never looked back. During his thirty year long career, he has performed with Albert Collins and John Mayall, and continues to perform as a solo artist. In 1996 he was nominated for four W.C. Handy blues awards, winning one for Best New Artist.
