Pioneers in the collaborative consumption economy will discuss how these changes are challenging ownership models by forcing exciting and uncomfortable opportunities. Acknowledging that ownership and access are shared amongst its people, Government, NGO’s and Corporations, we will examine how tech is enabling access to knowledge and tools to disrupt status quo. Can regulations move fast enough to keep up to the demand?
