Film critic Andrew Bailey’s new book Cinema Now examines the work and key themes of sixty filmmakers working around the world today, from the best of young Hollywood to the new wave of Asian mavericks to burgeoning cinéastes from Latin America. Gary Meyer, founder of the Landmark Theater chain and owner of the Balboa Theatre in San Francisco, is the Co-Director of the Telluride Film Festival.
