An initial complex consultation takes 2 to 3 hours. Simple issues take less time. We will do a detailed interview and Chinese examination, including tongue and pulse exam. A Chinese diagnosis will be given. If a Western diagnosis has been made by an MD, this is taken into consideration. Follow-up visits are determined individually
