A rare and wonderful class! Often made using thistle rennet and with an intense focus on sheep's milk, Portuguese cheeses are unique in flavor and design. Manuel Maia started Tradifoods in 1998 with the goal of introducing food lovers everywhere to the foods of his native country. Today he distributes and exports more than 30 cheeses, most often working directly with the cheesemaker. This class is a special opportunity to taste cheeses that are not typically available in our market and to meet the man responsible for bringing Portugese food to our plates.
