Chakra Energy Helper Cards Series

This 7 week series developed out of my SoulCollage® practice. Once a year I offer a 7 week guided journey through the chakras to help participants retrieve their energy companions and make cards for them. Talking with alternative health professionals of all feathers I came to realize that creating chakra cards and working with them is beneficial for everyone and should not be limited to those who commit to the process of SoulCollage. The Energy Companion suit brings you compelling guidance, support and healing. Here is a quote from one of my first American heros, Jivamukti Yoga co-founder Sharon Gannon:
“In the yogic tradition, the human body has seven energy centers called chakras. When these energy centers are healthy and open, so are we – physically, emotionally, and in our relationships. This workshop offers you the opportunity to make a card for each chakra. Each session we will focus on a different chakra, starting at the base and working our way up. Eva will use guided visualization to help you tune into the chakras and retrieve images. This is followed by collaging a card for your energy companion of this chakra. Two sizes of cards offered: 5 x 8 in and 8.5 x 11 in.
No artistic background necessary.

7:15-9:30pm
Cost: $299 for series, incl. material
Drop-ins: $49/each/reduced student fee: $39.
