For New Year's Eve, Garcon! in San Francisco will seating from 5:30 to 11:00 PM serving a $65.00 four-course prix fixe menu with entrée choices of Shellfish Bouillabaisse (lobster optional) with scallops, mussels, clams, shrimp and cod, and fregola pasta, basil and aioli ( with ½ lobster, an additional $22.00); Pan Roasted Local Petrale Sole with sautéed sunchoke, Bloomsdale spinach, chanterelle mushrooms and Meyer lemon-pine nut soffrito; 38 North Duck, seared breast and leg confit with kale, hearts and liver “dirty rice”, braised parsnip and natural jus; Superior Farms Lamb Sirloin with quinoa, pine nuts, pomegranate, celery root purée, lacienato kale and lamb jus; Filet Mignon with truffle pomme purée, caramelized Brussels sprout, pancetta, maitake mushrooms and cabernet jus; or Porcini Mushroom Fettuccine with fresh porcinis, Madeira, leeks, kale, black truffle vinaigrette and fresh feta cheese.
