Patriotic music, singing, and a parade all add up to an old fashioned Independence Day celebration in Saratoga. The free event will be held on Saturday, July 4 from 9:30 to 11 AM at the Kevin Moran Park at 12415 Scully Avenue in Saratoga. Mayor Howard Miller will emcee.
