A Breema Intensive is an opportunity to enter into and practice "The Art of Being Present," and discover how to work toward a new unified relationship between the body, mind, and feelings.
It also includes an in-depth introduction to the Nine Principles of Harmony. As we practice Self-Breema movements and Breema bodywork sequences using the Principles, we deepen body-mind connection and experience a natural way to relate to ourselves, to other people, and to everything in life.
