Box Dog Bikes is a co-op with five owners (three former Ye Olde Bike Shoppe employees) who pride themselves on offering a well-organized, customer-friendly shop. The small repair area that used to intimidate shoppers up front has been expanded and moved to the back, and vintage & modern parts are neatly labeled in well-thought-out sections.

All bikes here are full on personality and flair. They may not possess that gleaming "new" look, but count on one-of-a-kind, reliable gems. In addition to collectable vintage cruisers, tandems, and track bikes, Box Dog Bikes carries a wide and ever changing assortment of newer mountain, road, cruiser, and track bikes. -- Jialin Luh
