Anyone who knows Bootie knows that Bootie creators A Plus D have always loved and been inspired by David Bowie. The duo have included his songs in their DJ sets for years, and Adrian A. has been singing live mashed-up versions of Bowie songs since Bootie started. So it was devastating news to learn that one of their biggest musical heroes -- and influences in so many cultural areas -- passed away a few weeks ago. While many of us are still reeling from his loss, Bootie instead wants to celebrate his life the only way Bootie knows how: by paying musical tribute with all the best Bowie mashups, remixes, and covers, from Ziggy Stardust to the Thin White Duke to the Goblin King. Resident DJs A Plus D and Entyme will be spinning all night, mixing Bowie in throughout the night, along with the best mashups in the universe. Adrian A. will even be belting out a few Bowie mashups live, and Marky Makeup (Bootie LA) will be on hand to apply your choice of four different Bowie designs!

At 11 PM, it’s a very special Bowie edition of the Monster Drag Show, as the most twisted queens in the city take on a huge legacy with an epic drag extravaganza! Upstairs in Above, Glitterazzi welcomes you to the "Darkside of EDM", as DJs Meikee Magnetic and Mixtress Shizaam take you on a journey of sight and sound with their brand of EDM, future bass, electro, house, and more, while in the Lounge, DJ MC2 and Paul Goodyear keep your feet moving and your bodies bouncing with the Monster Electro-House Party. And in the Dazzle Room, Ya Mamma's Basement brings the party you threw when your mom was out of town … the one you hoped she didn't come home early to catch you throwing! DJs Myster C and Mr. Washington will get you bumpin’ and grindin’ on the dance floor, as they highlight the connection between hip-hop, funk, old-school, and R&B!
