BootCampSF is a comprehensive 6-week, group, outdoor fitness program. We combine endurance, strength, and functional training techniques to build a faster, stronger, more fit you.
BootCampSF is work. The program consists of one-hour workouts, four times a week for six weeks.
BootCampSF is for everyone. With a combined 100 years of exercise science study and practical training experience on staff, the instructors are experts in placing all participants in their appropriate level: beginner, moderate, advanced or elite.
BootCampSF is safe. The primary goal of the program is protecting your health. We make an extensive evaluation of your health and injuries, while always protecting your privacy, to place you in your appropriate level.
BootCampSF is fun. The work outs are group events, where participants work out and have fun together.
All sessions take place at Golden Gate Park, Baker Beach and Embarcadero.
