Free Sunday Boot Camp classes return to Bay Street on Sundays in August and September. From cardio exercises to stretching sessions, all fitness levels are invited to workup a sweat with a variety of workouts. An Athleta Certified Fitness Trainer will lead these hour-long classes outdoors on Bay Street’s Center Plaza. Attendees are required to bring a mat, water and towel, and must be at least 16 years old.
