Join Bluxome Street Winery as it celebrates the day Prohibition was put out to pasture! On Dec 5th, 1932 –80 years ago– the 21st Amendment was ratified and Prohibition was officially repealed. For that reason, Bluxome, San Francisco’s only fully-functioning winery, will open its doors for a night of revelry and relish just like the old days when SOMA was known as South of the Slot. The Repeal Party will be held at 53 Bluxome Street from 7 – 10pm and will include tastings of library and pre-release wines, specialty ‘Hounds Cocktails’, savory hors d’oeuvres and live 1920’s music by The Cottontails.
