Description
*Who* Anyone who is a writer or interested in writing.

*What* A 90-minute writing class that will have the same type of discipline, community, and structure as yoga, but toward a writing practice. I will bring in some yoga elements to make it fun, but don't worry, my intent isn't to fry your computer with sweat-inducing temperatures. Instead, think arm stretches, timed writing activities, and goofy yoga outfits.

*What to bring* Your laptop or pencil and paper + a piece (story/essay/poem/novel) you've been working on or an idea of a piece you've been meaning to start. Sporty attire is encouraged but not required.

PS: The room will not be hot.

PPS: You can jump in at any time - no need to have come to a previous class.
