We offer a wide variety of classes, we welcome new students, and offer mixed and intermediate level classes for those seasoned practitioners. We also offer workshops and Intensives with teachers from around the world.
Emphasis is place on alignment and intergration of body, mind and breath. Many of our teachers are influenced by the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar.
