Point Pinos Grill, managed by local gourmet caterer AQUA TERRA Culinary, is hosting their next beer pairing dinner – with Sierra Nevada Brewery on October 23rd. Chef has prepared a perfectly-paired event with the distinct and fun brew styles from Sierra Nevada Brewery – to include passed appetizers at the 6:30pm reception with introduction from a representative of the brewery. A four-course dinner will follow at 7:00pm, with introduction and pairing notes, including a dessert to finish the evening.
The event is only $60 per person, inclusive of tax and tip. Reservations are strongly recommended, as only 30 seats remain, by calling Point Pinos Grill (831) 648-5774. The menu will include:
