Bears of San Francisco, formed in 1994, is non-profit charitable organization. Through our fundraising activities, we have contributed over $150,000 to a number of charities at the local, state, and national level. Centered in the San Francisco Bay Area, our membership is comprised of men from around the country. We currently have approximately 200 members in more than a dozen states and countries.
BOSF was formed to provide a more diverse variety of functions for the Bear community than were previously available; and in so doing to promote fun, friendship, and fraternity while supporting charitable causes and fostering community involvement.
