Bay Area Rainbow Symphony starts its 2016-2017 season with Music Director Dawn Harms conducting her 4th season. With internationally renowned mezzo-soprano Jill Grove singing Elgar's Sea Pictures, and the passionate cellist Emil Miland performing the Saint-Saens Cello Concerto No. 1, the concert concludes with Brahms Symphony No. 4.
