Join us for the fourth installment of BANG OUT Reading Series on Saturday, July 18th at Amnesia from 7-9pm in San Francisco.

BANG OUT was recently featured in San Francisco magazine's “Best of the Bay” issue as the best new Bay Area reading series and "a great way to get inspired."

The newly launched BANG OUT Reading Series is an anathema to the too-polished stodginess of more traditional reading series, a bi-monthly event that prompts writers to "bang out" poems, stories and essays for its readings, inspiring and presenting work that is dangerously fresh and spontaneous.

Come by for drinks, debauchery and a full helping of fresh new work from local writers inspired by our theme "Toxic Assets."
