Ballet San Jose School is the official school of Ballet San Jose. The school has acheived national recognition as a premiere ballet training institution, under the direction of Lise la Cour. Training is based on the renowned Bournonville technique, and draws from French, American, Russian and Italian styles.

Ballet training is available for students age 4 years old to adult. Classes range from beginning to advanecd levels in Bournonville style, classical technique, pointe, jazz and caractere.
