Description

This year's Nutcracker from Ballet San Jose marks the arrival of all-new choreography for the seasonal classic by longtime troupe star Karen Gabay, who will also dance Marie's part at some performances. The setting is still traditional, but the moves will be different. The sets and costumes have been supplied by American Ballet Theatre, one benefit of the ballet's new association with ABT. Lower-priced family shows take place Dec. 8 and 19 at 7pm, and Dec. 21 at 1:30pm.
