On Small Business Saturday (November 28th), start your day off right with a workout brought to you by American Express and Well+Good, the premier wellness media company. Held annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Small Business Saturday is a day that rallies communities together to support their local small businesses and keep their neighborhoods thriving.
This year for the first time ever, American Express and Well+Good have joined forces to spotlight the growing small business sector of boutique fitness studios and will host workout events in the following five cities: New York, Boston, Chicago, LA and SF. The San Francisco event at Avant Barre aims to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit of the studio owners in a nontraditional, sweaty setting.
