In this hands-on cooking class we'll use fresh, locally sourced fruits and vegetables to craft an internationally inspired seasonal feast. Our menu includes a delicate herbed carrot and goat cheese tart from France, a savory cinnamon chicken and butternut squash tagine from Morocco and a rich nutmeg-spiced apple cake from Southern Ireland.
