World renown maestros Gabriel Missé and Carla Espinoza will teach a 15 hours Seminar of SALON TANGO, MILONGA & VALS.
Gabriel Missé and Carla Espinoza's workshops are progressive and begin with the most essential elements of Tango foundation (i.e. 'Caminata' - tango walk, pivot, ocho, how to lead and follow, posture, and connection). Drills, exercises, and dance sequences that breakdown the mechanics of movement and technique to create dynamic flow will follow; this is key to dancing safely and beautifully, expressing the elegance and fluidity of Tango with confidence.
There will be lectures on tango history and anecdotes of their experiences learning from famous Golden Era tango masters, codes of tango, tango orchestras, and musical interpretation.
They will teach the secrets of Tango dancing from famous milongueros from the Golden Era of Tango such as Todaro, Perita, Toto, Petaca, Pepito Avellaneda, El Turco José and more.
The workshops are suitable for beginners, applicable to all dance levels, and a dance partner is not needed. Beginners are highly encouraged to start with Workshop 1 as the seminar is progressive.
