Since Arc Gallery started in 2010, eight artists blind-juried into Arc exhibitions have been selected for solo or group exhibitions and/or picked up for representation in other San Francisco Bay Area galleries. Thirty-two artists in Arc juried exhibitions have been subsequently invited to participate in curated exhibitions at Arc Gallery. We intend to grow these exhibition opportunities and foster our support of the arts in our community and beyond.
Arc Gallery & Studios inhabits the former location of New Langton Arts Foundation which closed it's doors in 2009, and the partners of Arc - Mike Yochum, Priscilla Otani, Stephen C. Wagner, and Matthew Frederick - are pleased to carry on the tradition of the space as an arts venue contributing to the vitality of the SoMa neighborhood.
