Description
Over 100 visual artists, writers, filmmakers, musicians, and performers converge in the Mission District for Kearny Street Workshop’s 8th annual APAture Festival, showcasing the work of local emerging artists in the Asian Pacific American (APA) community.

From September 19-30, the oldest multidisciplinary Asian Pacific American arts organization in the country produces its 8th annual arts festival APAture: A Window on the Art of Asian Pacific Americans, in partnership with eight other Mission-based arts organizations. With the infusion of talent and community engagement, KSW’s APAture 2006 proves to be one of the most vibrant, revolutionary, and socially pertinent San Francisco arts events of the year.

For complete schedule and venue information, as well as information on workshops that will be held in conjunction with this year's events, please contact apature@kearnystreet.org or visit www.apature.org.
