He got his start in the San Francisco Bay Area during the 1970's, starting a blues band with friend and guitarist Chris Cain. He is known for his virtuosity on the harp, garnering positive reviews from fans and music critics alike. Throughout his career, Andy has played with such established acts Fenton Robinson, Luther Tucker, John Lee Hooker, Larry Williams, and Lowell Fulson.
