AmplifierSF Station Blows It Upby Misha Vladimirskiy on Nov 16, 20071. Ben Harper @ The Paramount Theater, Oakland, November 10, 2007 Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals hit Oakland’s Paramount Theater to promote Lifeline their new album to a sold out crowd. As always, with amazing guitar riffs and a beautiful voice, Mr. Harper and the boys drove the crowd to get out of their seats and dance, dance, dance. 2. Hamilton Leithauser of The Walkman @ The Independent, San Francisco, November 13, 2007 New York’s The Walkmen graced the stage at The Independent last Tuesday night to a packed house and put on a hell of a show. With their own brand of indie rock that would make the dead dance, Hamilton's screams and Paul's guitar solos it was a show to see. I have to also say something about the amazing light show put on by The Independent's own Hunter who just killed it. 3. Of Montreal @ Great American Music Hall, San Francisco, November 14, 2007 Of Montreal returned to the Great American Music Hall for a three night sold out stint and blew the roof off the place. The band thats known for its over the top costumes and even crazier performances out did themselves with a giant lit up stage and as always Kevin's costume changes. The fans most definitely appreciated every moment. by Misha Vladimirskiy on Nov 16, 2007 |
