SF Station Blows It Up

1. Tom Waits @ The Bridge School Benefit, Shoreline Amphitheater, Mountain View, October 28, 2007

Neil Young’s Bridge School Benefit returned to Mountain View last Saturday and Sunday for the 21st time with a line-up of greats like Neil Young, Metallica, Jerry Lee Lewis, Tom Waits, My Morning Jacket, Tegan and Sara and Regina Spekter. Even though all the artists did a great job I have to say Tom Waits blew the non-existing roof off the place. He was a bad ass from the fist step he took on the stage to the last note that flew off his guitar. http://www.bridgeschool.org

2. Two Gallants @ The Independent, San Francisco, October 26, 2007

San Francisco’s favorite sons, the Two Gallants, returned home for a sold out two night stint at The Independent. Performing tunes from their new self-titled album, Adam’s amazing guitar riffs and Tyson's hard drumbeats took the entire crowd on a journey. If you weren’t there you missed out on something great. htpp://www.twogallants.com

3. Rihanna @ Wild 94.9 BooBomb, HP Pavilion, San Jose, October 15, 2007

Wild 94.9 presented the Annual BooBomb concert at the HP Pavilion Tuesday night with a solid line-up of Rap and R&B acts like Rihanna, Ne-Yo, Natasha Bedingfield, T-Pain, Fabolous, Baby Bash, Plies, Kat DeLuna, Hurricane Chris, Soulja Boy, The-Dream, and special guest host Jordin Sparks. There were many highlights but two that stood out were Soulja Boy's "Crank That" dance and Rihanna’s "Umbrella" performance. http://www.wild949.com
