Who said science happened in a test tube and not a test kitchen? Alton’s “Ten Things About Food I Feel Pretty Sure About” offers an interactive presentation featuring the celebrity chef. In his signature variety show, Alton uses simple axioms to discuss the science of American food today, touching on diverse topics from home kitchen experiments to healthy dining. Always entertaining, Alton will take you on a rollercoaster ride of laughs and tips while showcasing the laboratory that exists inside our own kitchens.
