North American Powernoise Legends gone Synthpop, Alter Der Ruine, are back in San Francisco for a night of heavy beats, melodic vocals and fancy dancing, performing a variety of tracks both new and old!
Support are White.Light.Monorail, a retro-futuristic synthwave project by the gentlemen behind Battery Cage -- Tyler Newman and Paul Savio! They put on an energetic show with live drumming, keys, vocals, and a lighting setup and sound that transport you to an alternate future.
Opening the night are Vallejo-based Industrial Rock act ManifestiV, a male and female duo of talented vocalist/musicians mixing vibraphone and guitar instrumentation with soulful songwriting for an experience that is sure to be loved by anyone with an affection for Fragile-era Nine Inch Nails.
Doors are at 7PM and the first band is on at 8PM. We'll wrap the show up a bit after 11PM, allowing folks taking BART home to enjoy the entire show.
DJing will be by DJ Mr. Smith and Pyramidhead.
Just $10 to get in at the door, and it's an All Ages show at the upstairs Above DNA space.
