I offer compassionate psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I have successfully treated people experiencing: Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Relationship Issues, Family Difficulties, Self Esteem, Loss and Grief, Life Planning, Religious and Spiritual issues. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a technique for healing emotional trauma and post traumatic stress disorder.
My goal is to help people connect with themselves so they can create more meaningful and healthy relationships with others. I am interested in discovering "who" hides behind the particular persona you have adopted to be liked and to feel safe and slowly begin to include more of your true self-expression into your moment to moment awareness.
I will teach you how to use mindfulness, the practice of noticing your sensations, thoughts, and emotions, to develop insight into your experience. When your "How's?" and "Why's?" are answered, you will grow compassionate self-acceptance for who you really are.
