Are you worried about your child and don't know how to help? Is your child's behavior interfering with your family's happiness? If your child is struggling, you may notice some of these symptoms: difficulty concentrating, sleep issues, anxiety or depression, tantrums, low self-esteem. My goal is to provide a safe space for your child to express him/herself freely. Depending on the child’s age, this is achieved either through play or talk therapy. Play therapy is a technique for those who are more comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings nonverbally, whether through dramatic play, art, or sand tray. I believe in working closely with parents and other close family members to provide support, encourage open communication, and to transfer the success attained in session to your home.
