Alison Events focuses on creating custom experiences for each client‚s needs, unique tastes and budget. Clients benefit from Alison's wholehearted creativity, keen organization and well-established vendor relations. Prior to starting her own business, Alison gained expertise while working for event production companies, independent wedding planners as well as assisted local floral and event designers. She learned the ropes of the hospitality industry, developed keen negotiating skills and most importantly learned how to be innovative and creative. Alison graduated from Colorado University with a degree in Travel and Tourism. Living both in Japan and New Zealand as well as having a passion for exploration and adventure, alison has traveled extensively, which has inspired her to not only plan and design events in the bay area but she also offers destination wedding consulting specializing in Central America and Hawaii.
