ALI SHAHEED went from local neighborhood DJ to a world-renowned producer and musician, forming two popular bands, A TRIBE CALLED QUEST (with Q-Tip and Phife) and LUCY PEARL (with Down Robinson and Raphael Saadiq). ALI’s CD Shaheedullah & Stereotypes gave him the opportunity to capture his vast musical influences as well as spotlighting his vocal capabilities.
