Alexander’s Steakhouse SF Hosts "Big Beef vs. Heritage Pig "Dinner

Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco has teamed up with Cochon 555 to host a "Big Beef vs. Heritage Pig" dinner with reserve wine pairings that will take place on Saturday, April 11 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. with tickets priced at $110.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and are available at http://events.cochon555.com/large_format_sf. Seating is limited.

The evening's menu will be prepared by Alexander's Steakhouse Chef Marc Zimmerman and will begin with Prosciutto di Parma followed by a three-course feast featuring family-farm raised, antibiotic-free, Creekstone Duroc Pork side-by-side with Creekstone Farm Black Angus Beef. In addition to the wine paired with dinner, guests will enjoy spirits - Hirsch and Old Potrero 18th Century from Anchor Distilling. To close the evening, there will be a gift of artisan cheese and a discussion period with Cochon's creator Brady Lowe.

Alexander's Steakhouse is a fine dining interpretation of the classic American steakhouse with hints of Japanese influence throughout their menu which features classic cuts such as Porterhouse, T-bone, New York and Certified Angus. They highlight dry-aged steaks and offer the highest quality and most luxurious products available. The Alexander's family includes a Cupertino venue that, for three years, was one of only two Michelin-starred steakhouses in the United States.
