Alexander’s Steakhouse San Francisco Hosts Macallan Whisky Dinner
Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will host a Macallan whisky paired dinner on Wednesday, July 22 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The five-course meal (plus a cocktail and mignardises) is priced at $200.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and will be comprised of a Cutty Sark Prohibition cocktail; venison, seabean, uni and nectarine paired with Highland Park 15; baby abalone, wakame, grilled kombu and celery with Macallan Fine Oak 17; seared foie gras, ripe peach and smoked citrus honey with Macallan 18; charcoal seared wagyu, mustard seed, bread and butter pickled daikon, and lovage with Macallan Rare Cask; and eucalyptus-baked toffee and Brooks cherries served with Highland Park Dark Origins. The dinner will be served in a private room with seating for ten guests and a brand ambassador will be in attendance. Reservations are required.
