AIKIDO FOR BEGINNERS - CLASS STARTS MARCH 1


This 8-week class covers the philosophy of Aikido, basic Aikido techniques,
and instruction in rolling and falling. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday
evening, 6-7 at Heart of San Francisco Aikido. The cost for the 16-class
series is $85.


Students of all levels of physical conditioning are encouraged to enroll.
