Ever dreamed of exploring the exotic ingredients and prepared foods of the night markets in Marrakech? The colors and aromas will draw you in and Parties That Cook will take you on a culinary tour of the “Red City” in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn how to preserve your own lemons (Meyers are perfect for preserving and abundant in the Bay Area), which by the way make a great gift for your foodie friends and family. We’ll prepare a few Moroccan “salads” - wonderful starters to whet your appetite for the main events - Couscous with 6 Vegetables and a fork-tender Moroccan Lamb Tagine. After a big meal we’ll cool down with an Orange Upside-Down Cake with Spice Ice Cream. This is a feast for all of the senses!
