adidas Skateboarding’s ‘Away Days - Team Tour’ in Golden Gate Park, 749 Stanyan St

Join adidas Skateboarding on Wednesday, August 17th for the San Francisco stop of our Away Days Team Tour • #awaydaysteamtour
Demo starts promptly at 3pm.
Featuring Daewon Song, Dennis Busenitz, Silas Baxter-Neal, Jake Donnelly, Miles Silvas and Tyshawn Jones. The team will be skating at the Waller Street Ledges located in Golden Gate Park at the intersection of Stanyan and Waller Streets • 749 Stanyan St. San Francisco, CA 94117
Arrive early to ensure a good spot to see the action and be sure to bring your board for the skate jam afterward.
Following the monumental success of the full-length skate film Away Days, adidas Skateboarding kicks off the ‘Away Days - Team Tour’ that spans seven cities across the U.S. These community events will include demos by adidas Pro-team athletes and offer the opportunity to meet and skate with the riders. Select skate shops will participate in the “Bring Your Build” challenge contributing a custom build - a unique skate-able obstacle for use in the demo and as a gift to the skate community beyond the tour. Skateboarders are also encouraged to participate in the challenge online by tagging their own DIY project with the hashtag #BRINGYOURBUILD for a chance to have their next custom project funded by adidas Skateboarding. Various prizes and giveaways will be made available for attendees.
Along with coverage of the event, attending media will have the opportunity to capture firsthand video and stills of adidas’ inspirational lineup of globally renowned Pro team athletes during their individual demos.
