THIS EVENT HAS ENDED
Established in the spring of 2013 from San Antonio, Texas. Across the Atlantic is proving to be more than just another name. Blending the excitement of Pop-Punk and the forcefulness of post-hardcore, ATA has strayed away from the usual familiar clichés of alternative rock. After a year of writing and performing, the band released their debut EP “First Things First” in February of 2014. Produced and engineered by Andrew Wade (A Day to Remember, The Ghost Inside) the record led to four headlining tours followed by an appearance on the Vans Warped Tour of 2014.
“They possess some great talent and I think they are knocking on the door of something huge”- Brendon Potter (Mu-View.com). In 2015 the band picked up right where they left off, signing with Outerloop Management to a multiyear agreement. Shortly after, ATA independently released their first full-length album “Holding on to What We Know”. The record was met with exceptional reviews; classified as a diverse and hard-hitting compilation featuring pop-rock anthems to emotional ballads and everything in-between. Subsequently following the album’s release ATA enlisted Sam Link (Memphis May Fire, Sleeping With Sirens) to produce the music video for “Open Roads, Dead Ends” and their rendition of “Perfect” (One Direction). The latter turned into a viral sensation with over 130 thousand views. As time goes on one thing remains certain, the future has never looked brighter for Across the Atlantic.
