I am a licensed physician with a private mind-body medicine and counseling practice. I help people living with illness and ongoing medical challenges lead empowered lives that matter. I  work with people who also often suffer from stigma, as experienced through a healthcare system that often devalues and discredits their experiences of illness. I assist people in finding ways to lead vibrant lives that contribute to their healing, to feel stronger and more confident.

My training includes various mind-body modalities and a master's in counseling psychology from an East-West accredited graduate program.

I also enjoy working with couples who are forced to live with chronic illness.
