A Perfect pasta Workshop

Join us for a fun night of mixing, kneading, and rolling as we teach you the keys to success when making your own pasta from scratch. Our chef-instructors will guide you through the process of creating the perfect dough. Then, you'll practice rolling it out and cutting into different shapes. You and your classmates will finish the pasta in a variety of savory sauces and we’ll enjoy the finished product during a lively, discussion-filled class meal complete with a salad and dessert. Want to be a gold star student? Then feel free to bring a bottle of wine to share (no corkage fee)!

What’s on the Menu:

Fresh Pasta with Sage Brown Butter Sauce

Fresh Ricotta & Herb Ravioli with Creamy Tomato Sauce

Fresh Pappardelle with Butternut Squash & Thyme Cream Sauce

Fresh Pasta with Ragù Bianco, Mushrooms, & Pecorino

Arugula, Pear, and Spiced Pecan Salad

Molten Chocolate Pudding Cakes

FAQ’S and Chef’s Notes:

This class includes a complimentary glass of wine and antipasti to be served upon arrival.
This class includes an apron to take home at the end of class.
Students will receive copies of all recipes.
This is an active, hands-on class so we suggest long pants and comfortable, closed-toed/rubber soled shoes.
Knives and utensils provided for in-class use.
No one under 21 years old will be admitted.
Appetizer-sized portions of all menu items are served.
Due to time constraints, not all participants will make all menu items and recipes.
We cook with the best seasonal ingredients. Farmers are at the hands of Mother Nature and so are we. Therefore, menu ingredients are subject to change should the need arise.


Any food allergies or restrictions? Please ensure that you fill out the dietary restrictions portion during your ticket purchase so we are alerted to your needs and are able to plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may transfer to another class of equal or lesser value 7 days or more prior to the class. In addition, you may apply the price of the ticket to higher-priced class and pay the difference. Please notify us of any changes at [email protected].
