Dear Guests,
SOUHL FOUNDATION in collaboration with Hyde Street Bistro invites you to a benefit dinner "A Night of Souhl Cuisine". Funds raised this evening will go towards the Foundation's activities.

We will be serving a 3-course Pre-fix menu with an all inclusive organic dining experience.
Appetizers:
Goat Cheese"Nicois" Crumble, or
Citrus Quinoa on a Pistou Roquette with Salmon eggs.
Entrees:
Organic sebastopol mushroom risotto, or
Sesame Ahi Tuna served with a Carott Cilantro Flan on a Fennel Salad
Desserts:
Passion Fruit Mousse with his Coulis, or
Confit Vanilla Honey Pineapple with mascarpone.
