Kathryn Ayers, a publications specialist, will involveyou in a literary love affair with your favorite city, gloriously illustrated with vintage postcards and ephemera, including the emotional effect of the devastating 1906 Earthquake, tales of first-generation American children struggling to balance new-world customs, and a success story of a man who escaped a war-torn country to become a famous local restaurateur.
