Northern California’s Most Comprehensive Boating Event Expands with New Features and Entertainment For 2015 –Spectacular Showboats and Luxury Yachts, Kid Zone, Sailing Simulator, and In-Water Education
Thursday, January 22, 11 a.m. — 6 p.m.
Friday, January 23, 10 a.m. — 6 p.m.
Saturday, January 24, 10 a.m. — 6 p.m.

For four days in January, McCovey Cove and Pier 48 will be buoyant with maritime merriment for the 2nd annual Progressive Insurance San Francisco Boat Show – Northern California’s premier boating event. From seasoned sailors to boating beginners, the boat show features boats for every lifestyle and budget, hands-on activities, indoor and in-water education, and entertainment for the whole family.
Tour hundreds of new and used vessels on land and in McCovey Cove including luxury yachts, sport fishing boats, sailboats, pontoons, personal watercraft and cruisers. The bay will be buzzing with hands-on power boat and sailing clinics, and Pier 48 will feature the latest gear, marine accessories, and sports equipment, plus a chance to get on the water indoors in a heated pool to try stand up paddleboarding, kayaking and more. Free, daily seminars to sharpen nautical know-how include “How to Be a Good First Mate” for sailing spouses and more. New for 2015: An indoor Sailing Simulator makes its San Francisco debut and expanded Kids’ Zone keep it fun for the whole family.
$12 for adults, ages 15 and under are FREE; Active Military - FREE
