Sprig to Host State Bird Provisions’ Stuart Brioza

The whole app food delivery business is on the verge of becoming the norm, and competition is fierce. How do you stand out? By attracting big local names to cook clever, colorful dishes and including them in the delivery menu. Sprig, the healthy meals delivery app, is doing exactly that, and going big, with the man behind two of San Francisco’s most sought after restaurants.

Brioza, together with fellow chef Nicole Krasinski, is responsible for the inventive menus of State Bird Provisions and, most recently, critics’ favorite The Progress, has planned three dishes – Spiced Chicken with Preserved Lemon Chickpeas, Lemon Ribs with Roasted Potatoes and Ginger-Garlic Chili Tofu, all of which will be available to order on Thursday, the 20th of August. Sounds like a good solution for those who temporarily gave up on trying to get into Brioza’s hot venues.
