More than 40 bands are scheduled to perform on October 14-15 at SF Culture Collide, an LA-based international music and arts festival expanding to San Francisco for the first time this year.

Most of the action is happening in the Mission District with participating venues the Elbo Room, the Chapel, West of Pecos, Amensia and Mission Workshop. Headline acts include American lo-fi rockers Cloud Nothings, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and Beat Connection. Day 1 starts with a happy hour with Israeli bands The Kokoro, Skyroads and Dorine Levy.

More information will be announced regarding the festival’s Creative Summit, a gathering of industry professionals with panels on a variety of topics. More info.
