Award Winning “La Bella Rosa” Pizza Arrives at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana

Starting today and ending May 11, Chef Laura Meyer’s creation La Bella Rosa, which took first place in the Non-Traditional Pizza Division at this year’s International Pizza Expo, will have a limited run at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana.

The pizza is topped with mozzarella, braised lamb, pomegranate seeds, arugula and Tzatziki-style Greek yogurt adorn a triple-infused rosemary dough (rosemary water, rosemary olive oil and fresh rosemary), topped off with red chili flakes, lemon zest and a touch of rosemary simple syrup for a zingy finish. From the drool-inducing description alone, it’s no wonder that the judges went crazy for it.
